I've been reviewing home and auto insurance options to find a more competitive offering. A friend recommended to check out StateFarm. Fortunately, I had the opportunity to work with Jake (From StateFarm). Yes, pun intended. He was excellent to work with! Jake was super knowledgeable, friendly and helped me review quotes and build plans that fit my needs. I appreciate the continued support with providing in-depth answers and guidance through the process with switching insurance companies. Setup was a breeze. Thank you Jake and the StateFarm team.

My parents have been with State Farm ever since they moved here from Philadelphia. Once I turn 16 I got Insurence with Devin and have been with him ever since. they are always available when I need them, even when I had my accident, Jake was there every step of the way, guiding me, and making sure that I was taken care of, and all my needs were met. I highly recommend Devin and Jake to anyone.

I regret to report an extremely unsatisfactory experience with Devin Sothan State Farm Insurance. My interaction with this company revealed concerning patterns of deceptive business practices, including the utilization of predatory bait-and-switch tactics. Initially, I was provided with a misleadingly low insurance quote, which was based on inaccurate vehicle information deliberately entered by the company representative. Furthermore, upon receipt of insurance cards, it became evident that they were issued for a vehicle with incorrect specifications, compounding the initial error. When I brought this discrepancy to their attention, I was informed of a significant increase in premiums, amounting to hundreds of dollars beyond the originally quoted amount. This egregious conduct not only demonstrates a lack of transparency but also constitutes a breach of trust and fair dealing. Additionally, the subsequent delay in rectifying the situation resulted in a lapse of insurance coverage, exposing me to undue risk and financial harm. In light of these circumstances, I am compelled to denounce Devin Sothan State Farm Insurance for engaging in deceptive, fraudulent, and unethical business practices. I urge potential customers to exercise caution and seek alternative insurance providers committed to upholding integrity and compliance with regulatory standards.

This is a horrible office. I moved to Arizona in September of 2017 and only signed with this agent because their office was right down the street from my residence. I’ve been a loyal State Farm customer for over 20 years. This office is extremely unprofessional and are not helpful with explaining how your policy increases by $100 over the course of a couple months with no accidents or tickets on file. Staff never answers the phone to assist their loyal customers as well. I highly would NOT recommend signing with this office location.

A neighbor needed help and asked me to help so called her agent and Maryha was able to walk us through using the IPhone, aps, etc. She is an exceptional member of this office! Thank you
